As our Portfolio Reporting Manager you will contribute to the success of the organization by overseeing all aspects of accounting responsibilities for the investments division and assisting the Corporate Controller of Investments.
The Key Responsibilities.
Perform accounting for Joint Venture SPE etities, including but not limited to; capital activity, acquisition, disposition, distribution, GAPP adjustments, valuation models, etc.
Maintain financial records for capital transactions, including initial acquisition and settlement statements for disposition activity, purchase price allocations detail, land valuation, and gain/loss analysis.
Oversee monthly filing and dissemination of accounting documents.
Manage communication with Lenders and Investors related to financial statement disclosure and compliance.
Analyze deal documentation including venture agreements, partnership agreements, construction contracts, loan documents, etc., for necessary compliance with accounting and administrative requirements.
Prepare partnership distribution calculations and schedules for preferred returns.
Coordinate and assist with preparation of supporting schedules and PBC's for Federal and State Tax Filing, including quarterly tax liability projections for State and Federal Income Tax.
Coordination and supervision of audits and financial reports.
Assist the property developers with non-operating budgeting and treasury planning.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and assist Controllership with additional duties as assigned.
