As a Concierge, you will beresponsible for providing superior customer service to our residents, allowingus to deliver on our resident commitments of exceptional move-in, totalsatisfaction, express service, and personal attention. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver an exceptional experience toevery person, beginning withan unmatched first impression and building rapport with teammates, visitors,and current residents.
Handle transactions like accepting and logging packages,managing vendors and deliveries, and inspecting move-ins and move-outs.
Collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any apartmentissues that arise.
Plan fun activities that help build a strong sense ofbelonging among residents.
Demonstrated proficiency in working with computersincluding word processing, calendar management, software/database, and socialmedia
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High schooldiploma or equivalent
Available to worka flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
One year customer service and/or administrative experiencein a professional environment
College degree orcoursework
Prior experiencein front desk support (hotel concierge, office or medical receptionist, etc);experience with leasing, sales orhospitality a plus
