The Role. As our Administrative Assistant you will be expected to manage the Senior Vice President's schedule, daily communications, and organization and completion of reports and documents. While maintaining an organized and detailed work space, the Administrative Assistant will serve as a liaison for all Associates and other corporate offices.
The Key Responsibilities.
Coordinate meetings and travel schedules
Draft and complete reports, documents, contracts, and other related administrative paperwork
Read and screen the Sr. Vice President's email, phone messages and mail as requested with emphasis of confidentiality
Respond to inquiries as it is appropriate
Provide customer service for vendor and Alliance associate inbound calls
Coordinate and assist with financial reports, associate files, payroll, and schedules
Assist with billing and invoices of computer support services
Maintain office records and filing systems
Possess excellent customer service and follow-up skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates
Dependable, punctual and reliable
Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates and/or clients
BA preferred but not required
Minimum of 1 years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant to mid-level executive
Proficiency in all Microsoft Programs, and other office programs.
