We have an immediate opportunity for a Revenue Manager to join our team in the Dallas/Fort-Worth or Philadelphia, PA area! This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and must be outcome-oriented.
The Revenue Manager is responsible for analyzing, identifying, communicating and executing pricing decisions based on supply, demand and competitor pricing information with input from the regional operating teams.
Analyze business processes, supporting the change management necessary to successfully implement Revenue Management tools and practices.
Develop analysis for demand related forecasting, demand management, pricing activities, market segmentation, customer price sensitivities and pricing strategies.
Evaluate performance of properties and suggest corrective actions for nonperforming Properties.
Assist internal and external customers of US Residential with Revenue Management/Pricing issues using an understanding of Revenue Management tools, forecasting and pricing models.
