We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales Representatives. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor Inside Sales metrics, manage the entire day-to-day Inside Sales administration process and report key performance indicators, profit and service levels to our Chief Marketing Officer. They will also be charged to lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve specific goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Overall responsibility for in-bound/outbound phone • Ownership of optimization of results and customer experience • Lead using your strengths to improve negotiation results, soft skills and closing sales technique • Monitor sales and increase conversion levels • Develop sale incentives and agent performance pushes as needed to hit business objectives • Ensures quality procedures and policies are followed • Oversees the communication of sales activities to key stakeholders on the sales performance relative to year-to-year and vs. budget trends Forecasts phone and chat volumes to partners based on performance and current pacing • Monitor call handling and trends to maximize service delivery • Provide management information report to Sr. Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst weekly/monthly • Supports senior leadership communications • Partners with Analytics and Insights team to develop new dashboards and reporting insights to drive better understanding of the underlying business performance. Staying close to the data, numbers and performance is critical to success. • Potential to expand scope further as new technologies and capabilities emerge • Develop the Inside Sales induction and training program • Ensure sales training programs are reviewed, continuously improved and implemented to increase employee performance • Review and implement sales incentive programs for goal focus • Provide assistance to close large sales opportunities • Support and resolve escalated customer issues • Daily management of resource schedule for the department • Manage performance, providing on-going training and coaching against KPI’s • Developing and mentoring talent introducing and maintaining personal development programs
• Proven Sales Track Record • Exemplary communication skills • Experience of Managing a Sales Division • Bachelor’s degree • 4 years inside sales experience • Experience with Microsoft: specifically excel • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
