Our Chesterbrook office is currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to help us manage what has turned out to be a very exciting period of new business growth. We’ve popped the champagne on a number of wins, and now we need you to help us deliver.
Your job will be to plan, coordinate, and direct advertising campaigns for our clients. You’ll do this by implementing tactics, compiling and analyzing results, and working with your supervisor to make recommendations going forward. You’re going to have some great ideas, and you’ll get the chance to see them in action with clients who are ready for a fresh approach.
What You'll Be Doing
*Develop creative brief outlining marketing strategies, objectives, and product/service positioning. Defines target audience and creative positioning. Defines media channels as needed.
*Implements all daily tactical administrative duties including opening job numbers, preparing job jackets, initiating media work orders, preparing and distributing meeting notes, attending daily traffic meetings, scheduling and running control reviews, attending start-up meetings and weekly client conference calls.
*Daily client contact associated with all clients assigned to his/her account team. Prepares, updates and distributes client status reports and program schedules.
*Reviews client invoicing, print production specifications, data processing specifications, and fulfillment specifications.
*Manage clients’ budgets to allocation. Work with clients to build marketing plans and budgets.
*Occasional travel required as needed.
*Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
What We're Looking For
*Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
*Minimum 3-5 years related experience at the Sr. Account Executive level.
*Agency and direct marketing experience required; health insurance experience a plus.
*Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
*Ability to organize and prioritize workloads and complete tasks within given timeframes.
