Our Chesterbrook office is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us manage what has turned out to be a very exciting period of new business growth. We’ve popped the champagne on a number of wins, and now we need you to help us deliver.
Working cross-functionally throughout the organization, you will help lead strategy and execution of digital marketing programs throughout key accounts. You’re going to have some great ideas, and you’ll get the chance to see them in action with clients who are ready for a fresh approach.
What You'll Be Doing
*Plan and execute paid search (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) programs for Google and Bing which includes day-to-day management and optimization.
*Setup and implement reporting via Google analytics. GA experience will include setting up, analyzing and reporting of conversion events, pageview and event level tracking. Experience with Google Tag Manager strongly desired.
*Scope and lead implementation of third party analytics and management tools including Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, etc.
*Manage PPC based banner display programs including helping to develop creative briefs, collaborating on creative production, and building distribution plans comprised of contextual placement, targeted buys, retargeting, search remarketing, etc.
*Manage email marketing campaigns including leading email creative development and direct responsibility to build, schedule and send emails within leading email service provider tools such as: Campaign Monitor and MailChimp
*Provide on-going reporting for digital media campaigns as well as internal reporting for finance.
*Develop A/B and multivariate testing programs for agency clients including banner creative, ad text, and email subject lines.
*Collaborate with internal departments including account services, relationship management, creative services, media planning, data analytics, and production to complete digital projects.
*Help provide guidance of ‘best practices’ for digital initiatives to agency staff.
*Develop and present strategic plans to clients and internal agency teams.
*Prepare and present campaign reports from analytics tools and present to clients.
*Work with account teams and business development to generate new digital projects to grow digital billings.
*Limited travel required as needed.
*Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
What We're Looking For
*Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; marketing or other job-related concentration preferred.
*Industry certifications in paid search, testing, analytics, etc. preferred.
*Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience; significant agency experience required.
*Experience with bid management, ad serving and analytics tools required.
*Strong quantitative analytical skills with ability to interpret data in a way that “tells the story."
*Must have strong Excel skills and experience with PowerPoint. Strong verbal communications skills.
*Experience with content strategy, user experience design and SEO preferred.
*Experience with industry vertical experience involving direct marketing desired.
*Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
