Supervises, guides, and leads the Systems Analyst for the department.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedure.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Administers the compensation philosophy and program.
Effectively communicates benefits programs during Open Enrollment and throughout the year to bring awareness to the various platforms.
Files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
Conducts new team member orientations, involved in the career pathing strategy, and responsible for the company-wide onboarding program.
Develops and implements the company onboading and orientation strategy.
Partners with Training to develop and implement Human Resources & Payroll related Training, Learning, & Development programs.
Effectively manages internal and external investigations as appropriate.
Has direct oversight of the company Leave Management program, including, but not limited to, Disability Management, Worker’s Compensation, FMLA, and associated State or Local regulations (ex.: CFRA, WFLA).
Handles team member relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit strategies as appropriate.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
Acts as a change agent and strategic partner for the company’s Culture Alignment initiatives, recommending and implementing appropriate programs.
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to utilize Business Acumen skills in seeing the big picture.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.

Education and Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years’ Human Resources experience with experience in resolving complex team member relations issues.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
