You have proven experience leading a team to victory - and want to do it over and over again. You’re not afraid to ask tough questions or give difficult answers. The bottom line – aptitude for the job is great, the right attitude is better. There are a few must haves too. Must have 5+ years in an account manager, customer success or HR marketing role with emphasis on web, media and creative project management, preferably with an advertising agency, HR Technology or recruitment marketing technology provider.
