The Key Responsibilities.
Assist in processing payroll and bonuses on a bi-weekly basis.
Run monthly reports and audit any reports for accuracy.
Process garnishments and ensure compliance with all garnishment requests for each state.
Process direct deposits and set up Pay Cards. Follow up with Associate for any missing paperwork so it is complete.
Assist Payroll Specialist with processing termination checks in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
Compile and complete data entry into the payroll system; ensure that data is entered correctly.
Copying and filing projects or any other projects as assigned by the Payroll Specialist.
Help Associates by providing ADP Portal account set-up information and assisting with online account resets.
Assist with timecard corrections and various other duties within ADP e-Time timekeeping system.
Provide assistance with any questions to Associates as needed.
Excellent computer/pc skills
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone
High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness
Attention to detail, accounting and ability to audit errors and follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associate

Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Payroll/Coordinator or in a payroll department
Bachelor's Degree, AA Degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent level of experience preferred
