Our Practice Development team is seeking an individual to support the marketing and practice development functions of the Firm on a part-time basis (hours below) including assisting with digital marketing efforts to promote our brand and culture. This position will be a resource to help drive online engagement and tracking results through social media platforms to support our marketing growth plan. A high level of communication and client service skills are required. From time to time this position will also help with other administrative tasks related to Practice Development (e.g., database management, research, content development, etc.).

- The ability to work 20-28 hours per week, Monday through Friday - At least two years of experience in an administrative role (ideal candidates will have experience in a professional services environment) - Digital marketing and design experience is a plus - Advanced beginner or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (e.g., mail merges in Word, multi-worksheet formulas and functions in Excel) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and client service skills - The ability to work in a team and to work well with others across all levels of the Firm (from entry-level and interns to owners) - Ability to lift 20-25 pounds and to move tables and chairs on castors - Valid VA driver's license with a clear driving record (or the ability to commute from our office to various locations within Central Virginia, primarily in the West End of Richmond)
