Our growth has created an immediate opportunity for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Regional Corporate office in Sacramento, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual, who is looking to grow their career in the Property Management industry. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented.
- Provides administrative support to the Regional Vice President, regional office staff, and field personnel, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Establishes and maintains vendor relationships enabling the company to maximize best pricing on services through research and negotiation.
- Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
- Processes invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and maintains organized records.
- Provides clerical assistance, which may include typing, copying, filing, recordkeeping, and distributing departmental mail.
- Assists with coordinating communication between other corporate and regional offices
