We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to add value to our team. The position will be responsible for the day-to-day management relating to a residential property portfolio including: implementing financial and operational initiatives in accordance to policies and budgets, annual budgeting, forecasting and capital planning, negotiate vendor contracts, construction management, including oversight of residents and building improvements, professional interaction with residents as other duties or special projects. Prefer 3 plus years residential property management experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and YARDI, CPM or CPM Candidate preferred.
