Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities • Revenue generation to achieve assigned revenue goals. • Product penetration and relationship development throughout the assigned account load • Accurate and timely forecasting in the system. • Manages Enterprise and Non-Enterprise accounts • Serves as day-to-day account management for assigned client contacts. • Serves as internal liaison to other functional groups. • Travels as appropriate to client size (maybe up to 50%). • Utilization of Internal Epsilon Systems:
Order Management System
• Demonstrates solutions-oriented, consultative sales approach to growing their book of business • Monitors competitive information at the account level • Maintains market intelligence of competitors products and pricing • Initiates pricing incentive recommendations internally and externally to meet annual goals • Identify opportunities for cross sell and up sell across all Epsilon solutions
Role Objectives • Outlines strategic opportunities for the client across all product lines and channels • Responsible for product penetration within account umbrella • Provides first-level sales management to insure achievement of revenue goals • Leads sales presentations and provides consulting services on assigned accounts • Primary contact within client company at all organizational levels • Reviews and prioritizes deliverables from each meeting • Conducts face-to-face and phone client meetings on an on-going basis as needed • Involves Epsilon executives for consultative client advice • Helps develop and support Epsilon corporate strategies
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or university equivalent in Marketing, Sales or business with 3-10 years’ experience in client facing sales role and/or direct marketing in a multi-channel environment • Strong communication skills including collaborating, negotiating, persuading, public speaking, and listening • Experience in applying analytic solutions to maximize return. Must be analytical and have critical thinking skills. • Technical proficiency in applying Epsilon solutions • Ability to leverage internal resources and tools appropriately • Ability to juggle client and internal priorities in a deadline oriented, technical selling environment. • Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills • Quota carrying position
